	Remember that we do not charge your credit card. It is held by the hotel as a guarantee and you only pay the hotel when you are in London. You may cancel up to 48 hours before your arrival and there is no charge. Should you cancel after this time, the hotel will charge your credit card the equivalent of the first night's stay. This is regarded as standard practice within the hotel industry.

	Please note that we can only reserve your room with a valid credit card or debit card (e.g. Mastercard /Visa, Switch etc). If you do not hold a credit card, email us and we may be able to accept a deposit by international bank to bank transfer.
